- New and unused, assembled from fresh wax packs over a decade ago, stored in adult non-smoking collection.
I used to be a big video game collector and I loved the Topps Nintendo sticker sets. Over a decade ago I purchased cases and assembled a number of these card sets. In this auction is
one (1) complete set
of the 1992 Topps Nintendo stickers: a total of thirty-three (33) individual stickers. All of these stickers were pulled from wax cards packs, assembled into sets, and stored in card bags in a card box in a non-smoking adult household for the last decade. I am now clearing out the rest of my closet and putting these up for sale.
All of the cards are unused and clean condition. As they came from wax packs, I hesitate to call them "new" since back in 1989 they were made on non-glossy card stock, and thus lack the deluxe gloss and sheen associated with modern Masterpiece type cards. These cards are likewise over 30 years old, and so they don't look like modern cards in terms of printing or production quality. However, there are no serious flaws like peeling, fraying, corner wear, etc. These cards were never shuffled around and were always kept stored in bags in a card box. They may have some background color variations on them, lack of perfect centering, and other printing variance expected from this age of cards.
