9pc. lot of vintage wire cutters, snips, and wire cutting pliers in working condition. These tools caught my eye because of the cool details on the handles. Please refer to photos for details. Tools show normal wear but all are guaranteed to function as designed. Most have light surface oxidation. The German pliers are made by Fulton.
