Expect some degree of scaling and sun exposure - having been taken out of service, expect some lubing and seals/o-ring maintenance to be required as you re-install and power up at your plant
Obvious scaling and sun exposure to components, this was functional at the time it was taken out of service (we had side-by-side buildings and sold the building this was installed in), so you should plan for some scrubbing and updating of some piping and wiring as you re-install at your location.
Free local pickup. We have removed it from the building and it will fit on a flatbed trailer. A professional rigging team is required, it is in a spot with nice access (we can provide phone numbers of folks we've used in the past).
INSPECTION: You may inspect prior to purchase, once you make the decision to purchase and the riggers hook it, the system is yours. Though we're happy to help remove and load if you want, ultimately you accept the risk and likelihood of minor damage (you should assume some degree of piping and seals replacement no matter how good the mechanics are who move this) and agree that the transaction is final upon the start of removal.
