Here’s a beautiful brand-new set of fine Rosewood grips for your Second or Third Generation Colt Single Action Army revolver.
These are heavy, quality grips with beautiful, rich grain patterns, highly polished to enhance the beauty of the natural wood and bring the grain out.  These are ONLY for the "second or third generation" Colts, and do not fit the first generation guns.  These are polished to a high gloss, making the grain patterns stand out even more.  They are then checkered to provide the shooter with a better grip surface, allowing a better grip on the gun without a "death grip" on the piece.  The checkering is done with a beautiful fleur-de-lis pattern, as shown in the photos.  The border surrounding the checkering is paper-thin in width, for a fine, precise line to further enhance the appearance of one of the most famous Colt models of all time.
These sets have gold-colored Colt medallions in the upper portion of each grip panel, as shown in the photos.
NOTE: These do not fit ANY of the Chiappa, Pieta, Cimarron, Uberti or other replicas or copies of the genuine Colt Single Action Army (SAA) 2nd or 3rd Generation guns.

If you're familiar with these Colts, you know that some fitting may be required as the grip frame dimensions varied during production.  This is the responsibility of the buyer; we include instructions for fitting these grips to your genuine Colt SAA.

The grip set you will receive one set similar to those shown, as Nature creates the wood, man creates the grip.  Each set is unique, so your Colt will have grips like no one else.  Photos 2 & 3 were taken with flash to show how the presence of different light makes the colors of these grips come alive.

The grips have inserts to protect the wood while providing a secure attachment for the included grip screw.
These are produced in the USA by craftsmen using modern equipment to allow these to be sold at a price that is affordable.  They're smooth-sided, too, so the wood's appearance really stands out.
These are for either left- or right-handed shooters, as there is no distinct thumb rest on either side's grip panel.
This is a great way to improve the appearance and handling of your gun while adding the look of fine wood to your Ruger.  They complement blued or stainless guns equally well.
These grips are ONLY for the guns listed above, and do not fit other models.  Ask questions before you purchase if you are not sure which grips might be needed for your pistol, and I will try to help you.
