Pocket pens can be rather difficult, more so if you want something compact that can be attached to your keyring. Too short or thin and you can't get a proper grip. Too long and it pokes you through your pocket. Too loose and the pen will uncap itself. Too tight and the cap becomes a hindrance when you are rushing to write. Too lightweight and the pen becomes incregly fragile. Too tough and the pen becomes excessively heavy. Over-engineered with too many parts and the pen can easily break when something is damaged or misplaced. Under-engineered with low-effort parts stuck together using glue, and the pen can fall apart after a single drop.The Titanium Pocket Keychain Pen is designed specifically to be attached to the keychain - we do not simply drill a hole into the pen and add in a split ring as an afterthought. Our pen may appear simple at first glance, but every single little detail on every component is backed by months of deliberation, development, and repeated testing to create a design that satisfies our ideals in terms of usability and resilience.We have created a keychain pen that is both secure and compact for everyday carry, yet can be extended for comfortable writing by posting the cap to the back of the barrel. In terms of durability, the housing of the pen is made out of grade 5 titanium, and while it is not immune to minor nicks and scratches, it is durable enough to resist strong impacts that can render lesser components (e.g. parts made out of plastic or aluminium) unusable during everyday use. With only 3 major components, the design is so straightforward that you can easily disassemble and reassemble it with your bare hands without the need for any external tools. Each threaded component is also fitted with o-rings made out of elastomers rated with an unlimited shelf life to ensure that the parts will always stay fastened together as one piece in your pocket.
