This is a old brass trowel.
The working part is excellent with very minor rough spots and will still work better than most modern ones.
It looks like this might have been lightly buffed and the lettering is very well embossed and readable.
The wood handle is nice with expected minor wear.
A great addition to any tool collection or a very useable item.
