    Description

    This sale is for a vintage tang sight for early target rifles. It appears to have been made in late percussion or early cartridge rifle period. The stem is 1/4" x 40 threads/inch, which is a fairly common threading for a sight from this era. It is of very substantial construction and the windage slide and spring work smoothly; it retains most of its original fire blue appearance.
