This is the full 2019 Pantone Cotton Swatch Library including the New Colors book.
It's a 7 book collection in almost perfect condition. I've barely used it.  Consisting of over 2,300 colors! There is very minor wear on some of the book exterior edges (see photos). Please also note that out of the 2310 colors, the collection is missing 79 colors which are easily replaceable from Pantone directly. The missing swatches are as follows:
