Two ca.1920's French DECO GUILLOCHE Enamel & Silver JEWELRY Pieces for Clothing?

For bid is an original PAIR of unknown circa 1910’s or 1920’s Antique SILVER & GUILLOCHE enamel  jewelry curved or curled pieces with loops for being sewn onto clothing or other things.  They may have been designed as part of a fancy watch band?  I am not sure what these interesting brown and white enamel pieces were designed for…  Honestly, they are in really good condition but I am really not sure what they were used for…  They appear to be Art Deco or Art Nouveau in design.  The designs include white circles and circular shapes.  The pair is identical.  These clips or pieces make up a very interesting, vintage jewelry pair...  They are almost certainly from France.  There appear to be tiny French hallmarks incised into the back of each piece.
