Vintage Art Deco 1924 Bulova Swiss Ladies Watch mechanical

Nice looking watch.  Unfortunately, it will not wind.  The hands spin freely.  The chain has some light chipping on the underside of some of the links.  Includes awesome green case.  See pics.
