The 14k gold hinged NÉCESSAIRE, having a wallpaper paneled exterior, features sapphire cabochon thumb-pushes and a fancy link chain with finger ring.
The NÉCESSAIRE opens to reveal a mirror with two flip-lid compartments.
Gross gold weight with mirror removed 75.1 grams ( weight with mirror 81.9 grams)

Two parts of gold chain, 84mm each, are connected to a ring that is 20mm in diameter.
There is an intricate engraving on the cover, that beautifully matches overall design of this piece.
