    Description

here is a vintage circa 1950-1960 figural ceramic / porcelain hand painted decanter bottle of a Irishman in a Green St. Paddy day shamrock hat and wool scarf. this old bottle originally had a red and gold foil "JAPAN" label on base but has since fallen off. this beautifully hand painted and sculpted ceramic decanter has rich vivid detail and color. this was part of my father in laws decanter collection that was behind his bar since the early 1960's. there are no chips or cracks to bottle or topper head, the cork is still nice with no damage and there is no paint loss to decanter other than some portions on the base that were never fully painted. overall the bottle has very negligible signs of age wear and has never had any liquid in it and was used only for display. the bottle measures 10 1/2" tall x 3 1/4" across base. please view all pics and read full item condition.
