Old Tool - Whitney No.10 Rotary Hand Punch  - Industrial Metal Working Tool -  Cast Iron construction. Has wear, dings, scuffs and scratches to finish as is the norm for pre-owned tools. Settled dirt /dust from use and storage. Some surfcae rust.  Seems to work OK. Turns easily byy hand.  Missing the top handle. Will have to turn with wrench. 19"length. Handle will be removed for safer shipment.
