This premium quality pressure vacuum breaker device was purchased brand new by the previous owner and never opened or used and comes in the original factory sealed big box store full retail package (see PICs). This device was discovered at the estate sale of a closing plumbing company and is being listed based on information I received from the previous owner and my Internet research and is being sold in as-found condition.
